Sharon L. (Dillenback) Evans

Sharon L. (Dillenback) Evans, age 75, of Hudson, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 24, 2018.

Born in Des Moines, Iowa on July 19, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Menzo A. Dillenback and Phyllis Dollina (Jutte) Walker. Sharon was raised and educated in Des Moines.

Sharon moved to Maynard in 1970 to work for the Digital Equipment Corporation. She later moved to Hudson in 1975. Sharon worked for Digital, which was later Intel, for twenty-five years until her retirement.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Hudson for many years. Sharon enjoyed doing yard work and gardening. She loved her cats and enjoyed their company.

Sharon is survived by her Son Craig Evans of Hudson; brother's Menzo A. Dillenback Jr. of Ottumwa, Iowa, Albert L. Dillenback of Grand Island, Nebraska; Robert L. Dillenback of Des Moines, Iowa; sister Phyllis Ann Kirby of Rogers, Arkansas. She was predeceased by her sister Laura J. Salisbury.

Sharon's memorial service will be celebrated on Friday, March 9, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church 34 Felton St, Hudson, MA 01749.
