Raymond F. Latva

Raymond F. Latva age 66 of Maynard passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 2, 2014.

Born in Concord on April 17, 1947 he was the son of the late Onni and Eileen (Harrington) Latva. He graduated from Maynard High School in 1965. He attended Quinsigamond Community College for a year and one half and then attended Mass Trades for one year.

Ray worked as a machine operator for a number of years and then was employed for thirty devoted years at the Paper Store in Maynard. Both the owners and employees were like family to Ray.

His main passions were running and his dogs.

Ray is survived by his brother John Latva of Maynard and his sister Patricia Monahan of Littleton as well as two nieces, many cousins and his beloved dog Casey.

Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Ray's life on Thursday, February 6th from 5:00-7:00 pm in the Fowler-Kennedy Funeral Home, 42 Concord St., Maynard. Graveside Service will be private.
