Paul D. Castelline, age 59, of Framingham passed away on August 28, 2015 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of 27 years to Denise (Simmons) Castelline.
Born in Concord, MA on May 22, 1956 he was the son of the late Dominic and Alice (Brown) Castelline. Paul attended and graduated from Acton-Boxborough Regional High School in 1974. He graduated in 1979 from Framingham State College and later went on to earn a Master's degree.
Paul was an avid birder and enjoyed woodworking, especially making furniture. He also enjoyed staying active by hiking and being involved with the Framingham United Youth Soccer Association. His true passion was helping people in any way he could and being of service to others.
Paul was a math teacher at Franklin High School for 31 years, where he was loved by his students.
Paul and Denise married on August 6, 1988. Along with his loving wife Denise, he is survived by their three children, Ryan, Erin and Michaela of Framingham, his brother David Castelline and his wife Anne of Concord, MA and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Paul on Thursday, September 3rd from 5:00 – 8:00 PM in the Fowler-Kennedy Funeral Home, 42 Concord Street, Maynard. His funeral service will be Friday, September 4th at 10:00 am at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 27 Main Street, Southborough. Interment will follow in Edgell Grove Cemetery, Framingham.
