Myrtle Irene (Perrin) Pratt

Myrtle Irene (Perrin) Pratt, age 88, of Maynard passed away on Friday, August 29, 2014 at Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA. For over 52 years she was the beloved wife of the late Ralph Charles Pratt who passed in 2000.

Born and raised in Wales, MA, she was the devoted daughter of the late George E. and Amy B. (Wheaton) Perrin. She graduated from Hitchcock Free Academy of Brimfield and worked as an Accounts Payable Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation for over 20 years.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Liana of Maynard, her cherished grandsons Rob Barilone and wife Cora of Bennington, VT, Ron Barilone and wife Christine of Maynard and and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Joan (Perrin) Beaulieu of Monson, and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by five siblings, Durwood, Christine, Helen, Louise, and George.

Family and friends are invited Myrtle's life celebration on Tuesday, September 2nd from 4:00-7:00 pm in the Fowler-Kennedy Funeral Home, 42 Concord St., Maynard. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 9:00 am in St. Bridget Church, 1 Percival St., Maynard. Interment will follow in Glenwood Cemetery, Maynard.
