Mary Lou (Marcolina) Scacciotti

Mary Lou (Marcolina) Scacciotti age 75 of Maynard passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Life Care Center of Acton. She was the loving wife of 53 years to Frank Scacciotti of Maynard.

Born in Cambridge Massachusetts on December 8, 1939 she was the daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Allen) Marcolina.

Mary Lou and Frank married on July 22, 1962 at Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted in Waltham. They soon settled in Maynard where she was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family, holidays and family gatherings were always cherished times together. Mary Lou also enjoyed refinishing furniture, making arts and crafts, decorating her home, and was a passionate fan of her children's sporting events.

Along with her husband, survivors include her children, John J. Scacciotti and wife Shannon and Darlene Davies and husband Paul all of Spanaway, WA, her grandchildren, John Michael, Nicholas and Elise Scacciotti and Colin and Rhiannon Davies. She is also survived by her brothers Alan Marcolina of Waltham, Gary Marcolina and his wife Ann Marie of Waltham, her sister Judy Jackson and husband George of Florida as well as many nieces and nephews.
