Lynne A. (Barrasso) Lombardi

Lynne A. (Barrasso) Lombardi, age 57 of Stow passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington. She was the wife of David F. Lombardi.

Born in St. Petersburg, Florida on June 26, 1958 she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Lucy (Bowes) Barrasso.

Raised and educated in Medford, she graduated from Medford High School in 1976. She married David on October 27, 1983 and soon settled in Stow.

A devoted wife and mother, Lynne was dedicated to her loving family. She especially enjoyed watching her sons play through the years for the Assabet Valley Boys Hockey League where she also served as president. Once her sons moved on Lynne worked for many years as a manager for several clothing stores in the area.

She also enjoyed the beach, cooking, hosting family gatherings and holidays and spending time with her family and her grandson Jax.
Along with her husband David she is survived by her sons, Brad D. Lombardi of Hyannis and Brent T. Lombardi and his wife Michelle and her grandson Jax. She is also survived by her brother Tom Barrasso and his wife Megan of North Carolina and Jim Barrasso and his wife Nicole of Hyannis.

Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Lynne on Tuesday, Oct. 20 from 5:00-7:00 pm in the Fowler-Kennedy Funeral Home, 42 Concord St., Maynard. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00 am in St. Isidore Church, 429 Great Rd. (Rte 117) Stow. Burial will follow at Brookside Cemetery, Stow.
