Kathleen "Kathi" M. Milton

Kathleen “Kathi” M. Milton, age 77, formerly of Maynard, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 1, 2024. 

Kathi was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, on June 29, 1946, daughter of the late Gilbert A. and Helen (Specter) Milton.  She was raised in Watertown and Maynard, graduating from Maynard High School, class of 1964.  

Kathi began her career in 1967 with the Digital Equipment Corporation which later became Compaq and then Hewlett Packard where she remained employed as an Escalation Manager until her passing.   

Kathi loved the beach.   She cherished her time spent at Goose Rocks Beach in Kennebunkport and also at Short Sands Beach in York, Maine.   Kathi had a passion for clothing shopping and traveling.  She traveled the world, some of her favorite travels were to England, Italy, Egypt, and the Holy Land.  She also loved interior decorating often having custom upholstered furniture made for her.

Kathi is survived by her nephew, Michael D. Hatch and wife Maryann D. of Northborough, MA; her great nephews, Brian Hatch and wife Sheneil, Nicholas Hatch and Matthew Hatch; her brother-in-law William Finney of Northborough, she was predeceased by her sister S Elayne Hatch-Finney of Northborough.    

Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Kathleen on Thursday, April 18, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Fowler-Kennedy Funeral Home, 42 Concord Street, Maynard. Her Graveside Service will be celebrated on Friday, April 19, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Glenwood Cemetery, Maynard.
