Everett R. Bigwood

Everett R. Bigwood Jr., 82 of Sudbury, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Mary Anne (Boyd) Bigwood and his daughters Karen E. Bigwood of Marlborough and Jo-Ann Elizabeth Bigwood of Sudbury.

Everett grew up in Wayland and after serving in the United States Navy on the U.S.S. Saratoga CVA60 he moved to Sudbury with his wife and daughters where he joined the Sudbury Militia and Minute Men.

Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Everett on Monday, October 18, 2021 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Fowler-Kennedy Funeral Home, 42 Concord St., Maynard. His graveside service will be celebrated on Tuesday October 19, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Pleasant Cemetery 329 Concord Road, Sudbury, MA 01776.
