Barbara F. Sager

 Barbara F. Sager, age 73 of Maynard, passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2023.  She was the daughter of the late Frank J. and Estelle G. Sager.  Barbara grew up in a military family, having lived all over the Pacific, Hong Kong, and South America.  She graduated from Arlington Catholic High School, class of 1967.  Barbara was a 1971 graduate from Boston College, BS in Nursing.  She worked as a nurse for many years at Boston City Hospital, Saint Elizabeth’s, Lahey Clinic and Emerson Hospital.  Barbara loved animals and enjoyed her pets. She was a volunteer at the Food Pantry and numerous local charities.  Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Bridget’s Parish, One Percival Street, Maynard.  Burial will be private.  Gifts in her memory may be made to Up with Books 184 Duck Pond Drive, Groton MA 01450 or The ALS Association 1275 K Street, N.W., Suite 250, Washington DC, 20005.
