Argyro "Rouly" (Moustakoudis) Constantzos

Argyro “Rouly” (Moustakoudis) Constantzos, age 90, of Stow MA, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Monday, March 2, 2026. She was the wife of the late Sarandis “Andy” B. Constantzos.

Born in Alexandria, Egypt, on April 7, 1935, Rouly was the daughter of the late Charalambos and Georgia (Vauou) Moustakoudis. She was raised and educated in Alexandia, Egypt. Rouly and Andy married on July 31, 1955. They immigrated to the United States of America from Greece in 1967, settling in Yonkers, New York. They also lived in Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, Saudia Arabia, and Washington DC before settling in Stow, MA in 2010.

Family was most important to Rouly. She cherished time spent with family and friends. She was a vibrant woman well known for her smile and laughter and loved by all who knew her. Rouly enjoyed cooking, the ocean, playing bridge, and was an avid Celtics fan. In addition, she loved traveling, especially home to Greece, and travelled around the world twice.

Rouly is survived by her sister, Afroditi Sfetsios of Paleo Faliro, Athens, Greece; her sons, Paris Constantzos and wife Lou Ann Linden of San Antonio, TX; Hector Constantzos of Stow, MA; her grandchildren, Christina Constantzos of Dunedin, FL, Jennifer Constantzos and husband Juan Vasquez; her great grandson Alexander Vasquez of Lawrence, MA.
