Annmarie Leehan, age 50 of Maynard, passed away on October 26, 2016 at Newton Wellesley Hospital with her family at her side. She was the daughter of the late John J. Jr. and Ann P (Wheeler) Leehan.
Annmarie was born in Waltham, on November 1, 1965. She was raised in Marlborough and graduated from Marlborough High School in 1984. Annmarie worked for Acton Ford for 25 years in their service department. She considered everyone that worked there her second family. She loved animals, especially her cockapoo Baylie. Most important to her was spending time with family and friends and she especially cherished being an aunt.
She is survived by her loving sisters Janice Leehan of Hudson, MA, Diane and her husband Stephen Bleiler of Watertown, MA, Karen and her husband James Cafarella of Pensacola, Florida. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews Meghan Lutz and her husband Mark of Gilbert, Arizona, Kathleen MacMunn and Rachel MacMunn of Hudson, MA, CPL Evan Cafarella stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA, and Daniel Cafarella of Pensacola, FL. And her great niece Madelyn Lutz of Arizona.
Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Annmarie on Tuesday November 1, 2016 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm followed by a service at 12:00 pm at Fowler-Kennedy Funeral Home, 42 Concord Street, Maynard. Burial will be private.
