Annie J. (Westcott) Bingle

Annie J. (Westcott) Bingle, age 70, of Maynard, passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was the loving wife of John H. Bingle III.

Born in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada on June 10, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Luke and Margaret (Doyle) Westcott. Annie was raised and educated in St. John's. She moved to Maynard with her family in 1965. Annie and John married on June 25, 1966. Annie worked as a cashier for Whole Foods Market for 10 years, retiring in 2005.

Family was most important to Annie. She loved attending her children's events while they were growing up. Annie enjoyed traveling home to Canada to visit family. She also enjoyed playing Bingo. Her most cherished times were when the entire family was around the kitchen table.

She is survived by her devoted husband John H. Bingle III of Maynard; her children, Garrett F. and wife Wendy J. Bingle of Shirley, Michelle A. and husband Joseph F. Borey of Maynard, Nicole N. and husband Jamie M. LeClair of Northborough, Amanda M. and husband Ryan R. Fitzpatrick of Worcester and Mark S. Bingle and Alyssa B. Cunningham of Oxford; her cherished grandchildren, Douglas, Sean, Xavier, Brandon, Andrew, Joshua, Daniel, Samantha, Reagan and Roscoe; her siblings, Francis Martin, Lorraine Penney, Elizabeth Westcott, Barbara Westrich, Helen Coady, Luke Westcott, Mary Fuller, Joan Brown and Rhonda Duarte; and many nieces and nephews. Annie was predeceased by her siblings Shirley Barrington, Frank Westcott and Wallace Westcott.

Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Annie on Wednesday January 2, 2019 from 5:00-8:00p.m., at the Fowler-Kennedy Funeral Home, 42 Concord Street, Maynard. Funeral Service, Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Fowler-Kennedy Funeral Home, followed by burial at Glenwood Cemetery, Maynard.
