Amy Beth (Duddridge) Bacus, 48, of Maynard, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at her home on Sunday, December 1, 2019.
Amy was born in Concord on March 24, 1971, the daughter of Orrin R. and Elizabeth A. (Altobelli) Duddridge. Raised and educated in Maynard, Amy graduated from Maynard High School, class of 1989. Amy worked as a buyer for Jones and Bartlett Learning Company in Burlington for twenty three years.
Family was most important to Amy. She had a passion for music, especially the Dave Matthews Band. Attending more than thirty live performances. Amy loved her beloved dog Zoey. She was an avid New England sports fan following the Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins and Celtics. She also enjoyed spending time at the beach.
Amy is survived by her daughter, Hanna Beth Bacus of Maynard; her mother, Elizabeth A. Duddridge of Marlborough; her father, Orrin R. Duddridge of Marlborough: her brother, Scott R. Duddridge of Portland, OR; her nephew, Cody R. Duddridge of Portland, OR; her significant other of the last ten years, William J. Desjean of Maynard; former husband and close friend Michael K. Bacus of Maynard and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date
